Cancellation Policy
All cancellation/refund requests must be received in writing to Experient – Northwest Builders Show Registration, PO Box 590, Frederick, MD 21705-0590, no later than close of business on Friday, November 28, 2008. An administrative fee of $25 will apply to each cancelled paid registration. Refunds will be issued after the show. Substitutions will not be permitted at any time.

Child Policy
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the Exhibit Floor or in any education session. Infants may be carried by backpack or sling. No strollers will be allowed on the Exhibit Floor.
