How to Reserve Exhibit Space:
1. Review the 2008 Floor Plan and select three possible booth choices.
2. Review the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations.
3. Complete the Booth Space Application.
4. Mail application with payment. Pay by credit card. Make checks payable to the Northwest Builders Show and send to:

General Exhibit Information
10’ x 10’ booth units are available for $1,250. The following benefits are included as part of your exhibitor package:
- 10’ x 10’ booth including 8’ high colored, draped back wall and 3’ high draped side rails (for in-line and perimeter booths).
- One 7” x 44” booth identification sign displaying your company name and booth number (for in-line and perimeter booths).

Exhibit Assignments
Booth assignments are made on a first come, first served basis. Space assignments will be made by the date the application and payments are received by NAHB. Applications will be accepted until space is sold out. Upon acceptance, participating companies will receive a confirmation packet with general registration and hotel information, booth assignments and other pertinent information.
Payment
Full payment must accompany the application/contract. Booth space will not be assigned until payment is received. Failure to make payment in full with your application/contract may result in loss of booth space or the right to appear at the Show.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by August 15, 2008 and will be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of $625. No refunds will be made after August 15, 2008.
